Support Services

Your birth is one of life’s most sacred moments—and it deserves support, guidance, and care every step of the way. As your doula, my goal is simple: to help you feel confident, empowered, and fully supported from pregnancy through postpartum.

Prenatal

I provide 24/7 support via WhatsApp, so you can reach me anytime for reassurance, guidance, or questions leading up to and during early labor. This ensures you always feel informed, supported, and connected—even before I arrive in person.

In-Depth Prenatal Support

I provide a comprehensive prenatal meeting between 32–37 weeks, designed to prepare you and your family for a confident, empowered birth. During this session, we:

  • Answer your questions and address any concerns

  • Create a personalized birth plan

  • Review the stages of labor so you know what to expect

  • Discuss logistics such as sibling care, packing for the hospital, or preparing your home for a birth

I also provide early labor guidance, including relaxation coaching, positioning suggestions, and helpful prenatal handouts.

To help your baby move into the most favorable position for birth, I offer one-on-one exercises and techniques in the later weeks of pregnancy, tailored to your body and your baby’s needs.

During Labor

Beginning at 38 weeks, I am officially on call for your birth. During early labor, I provide support and reassurance through phone or text—offering reminders, encouragement, and comfort as your body begins its work. As labor becomes active and establishes a steady rhythm, we determine the best time for me to join you in person.

Throughout labor and birth, I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support—guiding you with calming techniques, steady coaching, and hands-on comfort measures to help maintain a peaceful and grounded environment. I remain by your side through delivery and the immediate postpartum period, assisting with your baby’s first feeding and supporting those tender first moments as a new family.

As part of your birth support package, I also offer the opportunity to capture meaningful labor and birth photos and short video clips. These are the moments your partner may not be able to document while fully supporting you. This allows you both to stay present and connected—without the regret of missing the beauty, strength, and emotion of your baby’s arrival. Your birth story deserves to be remembered.

Postnatal

After your baby arrives, we will meet or talk to process your birth experience, review newborn care, and address any feeding concerns. I can provide additional resources and guidance as needed.

Adjusting to life at home with a newborn is a big transition, and my goal is to offer support, reassurance, and practical guidance during this time. From answering questions about feeding and sleep to helping you navigate the emotional ups and downs of early parenthood, I am here to ensure you feel confident and cared for as your family settles in.
